Lou is the heart and soul of all things people related at kdm. Armed with a degree in economics, she has been weaving her expertise in people and recruitment for over 25 years, and brings that wealth of experience to our team.
But that’s not all! In her ‘spare’ time Lou wears another hat, that of a farmer’s wife, overseeing life on a farm alongside raising three teenagers. Her passion extends to cooking and occasional dressmaking, and she relies on family holidays in Greece and skiing adventures with friends for rejuvenation, where the lunches are long and the wine always cold.
