Sabrina, better known as Beanie to most, grew up dreaming of a career on stage as a dancer. When that path didn’t unfold as planned, she pivoted gracefully, setting her sights on becoming a physiotherapist for a dance academy or sports team. This change in direction led her to complete a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth, alongside a Sports Massage Therapist qualification.
Unsure of her next steps, Beanie decided to temporarily return to the company where she’d worked during summer holidays. Within a month, an Account Manager role opened up, and she leapt at the opportunity. The next five years saw her thriving in this role, finding her rhythm in the fast-paced nature of account management and all it entails. However, she was eager to align her career more closely with her academic background and personal passions – which is how she found her way to kdm communications.
At kdm, Beanie brings together her scientific knowledge, creativity and account management expertise to deliver exceptional client support. She also continues to stay in step with her passions – including dancing, playing netball, sewing and immersing herself in theatre – outside of work. An animal lover at heart, Beanie also lends a helping hand (or paw) as a dog fosterer for Woodgreen Animal Charity.
